Payment First Services of [# # # # # # INHABER_NAME] be settled in principle to the current price list, as well as travel and expenses. Deviating agreements require written form. Second Prices are exclusive of VAT. Third All invoices are payable immediately without deduction. Second The customer is always responsible for backing up all data. The loss or corruption of data is not considered property damage. Third A liability of [# # # # # # INHABER_NAME] for data loss or damage caused by services performed as part of "other service contracts" is ruled out. III. Other The client agrees that [# # # # # # INHABER_NAME] of personal data stored covered in terms of data protection law and processed-machined. IV Severability If any provision of the contract, including these regulations in whole or in part, be or become invalid or should the contract contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions.
